I definitely can say that this store is much better. I went in and was greeted by employees. The counter persons were very polite, helpful, patient and helpful. I was able to have the issue with my rewards card resolved doy the employee after a phone call. I bought a radiator and it was in stock!!! I was reminded about and explained the difference between using just water to fill it and using concentrate antifreeze. Extra item purchase for me. German was amazing! He provided amazing customer service, helped me find all the parts I needed, AND was able to refer me to a mechanic to get my car fixed the same day!! Amazing worker and person
I needed to replace my battery, it had lasted about 5 1/2 years. The new one was the same brand and specs as the old one, so hopefully I get another 5 years. My 5 stars is for the gentleman who helped me, my negative terminal was so corroded that I couldn't loosen it. I don't remember his name but he was awesome!
Just wish the counter people paid more attention when somebody comes in....especially in this heat....maybe get a door bell chime for when somebody enters the store because at least 3 people were working but in other parts of store or busy on computer not looking when I came in...if there were a chime of some sort....they would realize I came in ....without me needing to verbally get their attention ....by the time I did that.. due to the heat...I was so irritated that I just left! ....just sayin
