I had car troubles but was impressed by the excellent customer service at AutoZone. The staff, especially the gentleman that helped me, made a stressful situation much easier by running diagnostics on my check engine light quickly and kindly. The store was clean, and the team was efficient and helpful. Great customer service like this is exactly what I value most during difficult times.
