My daughter went in to have her check engine light reset after we replaced the spark plugs and coil packs. She was told they don’t do that anymore because of lawsuits. She went to a nearby competitor that had it reset in less than a minute. We will not be returning to this store.
I was replacing bulbs, and they got me the right stuff. I came back thinking I had the wrong bulbs, but it turned out I was trying to put the right lights, in the wrong spot. Both employees were very patient and came out to help me. My frustrating morning turned into a good day. Thank you guys!

I want to give a shout out to the night crew here at AutoZone. I was traveling through and broke down in the parking lot and they allowed one of the workers to run and grab a part I needed that wasn’t at this location. They have gone above and beyond when they didn’t have to. They have helped me more than they know
