I had car troubles but was impressed by the excellent customer service at AutoZone. The staff, especially the gentleman that helped me, made a stressful situation much easier by running diagnostics on my check engine light quickly and kindly. The store was clean, and the team was efficient and helpful. Great customer service like this is exactly what I value most during difficult times.

I just went to the auto zone on Worley to get windshield wipers. as soon as I walked in, Robert asked me if he could help me find anything. I said actually.... yes. I need windshield wipers! he was so helpful! he looked them up and said let me go grab those for you. when I checked out he said.. get this.... I would be happy to go out and put those on for you. WHAAAAT??? it's raining!!!! I offered to pay him to do it but he said no it's a free service we provide! I'm 58 and live alone. I could have never done this so I'll kee... read more
Dean was really helpful and had super nice. He had my wipers on in under 5 minutes and made sure they worked.
