The manager here (big lady) don’t know her name, would not let me return a tire compressor I bought less than 24 hours ago. I literally used this thing OUTSIDE of the auto zone shop when it stopped working on my truck. I thought it had over heated but two hours later it still did not work. She made up all these reasons why it stopped working and none of them true. She argued tooth and nail and started raising her voice solely because she didn’t want to let me return the item.
