The manager here (big lady) don’t know her name, would not let me return a tire compressor I bought less than 24 hours ago. I literally used this thing OUTSIDE of the auto zone shop when it stopped working on my truck. I thought it had over heated but two hours later it still did not work. She made up all these reasons why it stopped working and none of them true. She argued tooth and nail and started raising her voice solely because she didn’t want to let me return the item. I had a great experience at the AutoZone on Sanderson & Cottonwood thanks to Alex. He went out of his way to help me out with what I needed for a scuff I had on my car and was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to come across someone so willing to help with such a positive attitude. Thank you again, Alex!
The manager (Angelique) would not return an unused, unopened, tool (I had receipt in hand) only purchased two days ago. He claimed it had been used and re packaged which is impossible due to the nature of the packaging…. I have given this AutoZone thousands while keeping my vehicles maintained. I will drive a little bit farther to be treated better. (Practice better customer service)
