I have had a problem with my starter, I purchased this starter about 6 months ago,, after removing the starter I found that the flywheel is bad,,, I contacted AutoZone to get a price on a flywheel,,,, the associate gave me the price and I explained about the starter,,,, the associate that he would warranty the starter even though the damage to the starter was probably due to the defective flywheel,,,, l'm very grateful for the customer service of this association and of all the employees @ The AutoZone in Chino Valley AZ

Carlos was so super helpful and friendly! He tested my battery and it needed replacement so he replaced it for me! He then checked my starter and my alternator. He was very helpful and very thorough. Great service!
