Kid who helped had no clue what he was doing, he was eating while talking to me. And the Assistant Manager Raul completely incompetent. He rather not help the kid or me out. I needed to process a return and he had me call a number to a 3rd party return just for them to tell me that the store wasnt processing my receipt correctly. Worst Autozone Ive ever been to.
