Customers service is very bad very poor I am not recommend
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst AutoZone location I’ve ever dealt with and I gave them multiple chances to get it right. I own a very busy auto repair shop just 15 minutes away, and I can never get parts delivered because they “don’t have a driver.” The kicker? They do have a driver, but he’s not allowed to drive because he never took a drug test. Completely pointless setup. The language and behavior of the staff caused me to shop at Advanced Auto. I'm not thin skinned but I listened to them rip apart a customer while they were on hold. They did not care who was listening and the behavior was tolerated by the manager. It was just not right.
