this is a shame I use this place all the time and I called to verify a part. They said they’ll have it out for me. I came about seven minutes before closing, and they had the doors locked. The guy made sure to not answer the door and not pay attention.
This Autozone is terribly staffed and managed. I've been here twice. First time, the young man is talking brospeak to a coworker the entire time he's meeting with me--very unprofessional and poor service. I bought a clay mitt kit from Grigot's and it left sticky grey residue on the fender. I tried to return it today and am told that I can't return a used product. Go take your automotive business to another company or store. This one is the worst!
Today I bought a car battery for almost $450. I went back and asked to replace a product I bought a few days ago that was also related to the battery. The manager refused to check for me, even though the employee did want to help me. The manager cursed at me and was unusually mean to me and told me to leave the store and that he did not intend to check it for me. Someone needs to give Ivan a raise. Tested our battery, and showed us the results. Replaced the battery and got us a great deal all in about 10 mins. 10/10 we will be back again.
