Worst experience with a battery replacement under warranty. The manager didn’t want to give me a battery because the code they put in the computer didn’t match code on battery- how is that my fault. Battery was not even 12 months old and had a 2 year warranty. I’ve spent over 1500 in the last year at this store.
Victor was very professional and handled a customer that was being rude and holding up a line of 5 customers. Victor was Very friendly and knowledgeable.
