Customer service is excellent
Tony was a LIFESAVER! My mom, sister and I were on our way to Charleston for our future sister-in-laws bachelorette trip, when our rental vehicle would not turn back on after stopping to get gas. We called Autozone to help us and Tony showed up within 5 minutes, jump started our car, and figured out immediately what the issue was. I purchased a $250 car battery for my mother's car at AutoZone and I installed it and the vehicle lights would come on but vehicle wouldn't start. So I thought then it was the starter and took it to our mechanic and found out the new battery I purchased was bad. So I had paid for a tow truck and mechanic fees because AutoZone sold me a bad battery.
