Today I visited Auto Zone and I have to say this was my far the best experience I ever had.Jamie & Monica was very supportive when I was needing to replace a bad battery.They was very professional,and guided me the whole way from start to finish.I left with new battery ,happy ,feeled like apart of the Auto Zone family.I would highly recommend this location on Cartwright in Mesquite between Beltline and Pioneer if you want Super Service!!!!
Went here to buy a battery. Went in bought it and was in and out in a jiffy!!!
Just left here and the lady working right now was rude and was technically calling me a liar all because I asked what happened to the self checkout area. She tried to tell me there was never one here but I know for a fact there was because I used it before and she still continued to try and argue say there wasn't. Poor customer service for sure. Idk if maybe she's new or she just wanted to be rude and argue or what. I just know I don't appreciate 1 being lied to and 2 being called a liar all for trying to make small talk. Wo... read more
