Brady was amazing; he was so much help. If I owned AutoZone, I'd give him a raise and a promotion. He was very professional, very kind, and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me find my problem and fix it. I never use the same AutoZone, but I'm going to keep coming back because he did a good job, and so did the others. Thanks, Brady. If I could give 6 stars I would, the staff are always very knowledgeable. Brady Gabriel, and Anthony are my favorite staff members who provide the best customer service and then after they are done helping we can talk about cars and life. The whole staff are very much people persons and have it in their best interest to help any and all customers if you bring them the right car information. I also love the rewards program linked to my phone number so I don't have to have a physical card.

Bought license plate screws with cash and came back into the store as the screws didn't fit. Was asked for name and phone number, although just purchased with receipt and same Storee Manager. I politely declined and will no longer buy from AutoZone.
My car was having major issues, and thankfully I was nearby this Auto Zone, they were able to diagnose the issue, sell me the correct part (crankshaft sensor), and lent me a 10mm socket to get the job done in the parking lot. Car started right up, no issues, so I was extremely impressed with their service!
