This AutoZone, particularly thanks to one Steve S, is an example of what every AutoZone should strive to be. My car overheated a few hundred yards from this location, and Steve was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Any business on the planet would be extremely fortunate to have someone like Steve around. We are talking Ritz-Carlton level treatment that I received. I was taken aback.
Manager Steve is number one he is very professional and well trained for management. I think that autozone is well blessed to have such a person working for them as management. 👍👍👍
The employees here are always very friendly an helpful ...they are knowledgeable about products an if they aren't sure they always ask a coworker to make sure...I always shop here for all my auto needs.
06/05/25 Steven is still the same cool dude This is my favorite branch. No drama. Just good service. This branch is great with customer service. I walked in and Steven immediately asked if I needed help. So I showed him a battery part # from my phone. Not only did he double check the part # for the make and model. He actually went and placed the new battery in my truck while bringing the core inside. I have bad knees, so he didn't even flinch when I asked for that favor. Clean store and plenty of parking.
