Came in for a new battery. Mr. Daniel didn’t hesitate to take the old one out and put the new one in. Even after putting the new one in, my truck was getting no life from the battery. There ended up being a dent in the battery and was defective so he swapped it out for another one and didn’t complain one bit and sure enough cranked right up. It is hard to find good workers these days, especially with a work ethic, but wanted to say yall have a good one in Mr. Daniel. Outstanding.
The associate, Joshua, that assisted me furing my trip here was exceptional. Very informative and helped choose items I needed based on my specific vehicle. The other autozones I go to are always nice, but this one will be my go to thanks to the exceptional customer service.
