I had a really great experience at the AutoZone in Pineville (128 E). The employees there did a tremendous job, and the manager was especially helpful. The technician who replaced my battery, Will, was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how car batteries work, how to maintain them, and even gave me some helpful recommendations for future maintenance. I hate how their employees park company trucks in the handicap parking spots to load their trucks. So lazy!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Will at AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, professional, and determined to help. I came in with a car that just wouldn’t start — it turned out to be much more complicated than a simple battery swap. But Will didn’t give up. Had to get a specific type of windshield wipers because Walmart didn't carry this kind. After finding out how expensive they were, I only could afford the driver's side wiper blade which was the one that was bad. The guy took off the passenger side blade and brought it inside to make sure the one I purchased would fit. He then went to put the passenger blade back on and broke it in the process.
