I came in with my truck, I was in need of oil and coolant. Rhett Kelley was very helpful and knowledgeable helped me with everything that I needed. Very happy with the service.
Rhett made my day today! The best customer service ever in my retail experience. He was detail oriented, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. He listened to my issue and he handled everything in less than twenty minutes. He checked to see if my battery still had warranty. He recommended a car shop for my cable connection need for my battery. Everything was on point. His dedication 👏🏾 speaks volumes and his attitude.
I came in here seeking help and advice on a return item from a different store. I was tired of dealing with my home store and getting no where with what I feel was a simple return that I never picked up. After dealing with this issues, calling the autozone customer service number since the 9th of Feb. I come in and a very kind gentleman named Erick Martinez helped me out along with Anitra.I am very appreciative of his help and his patience!
4 people were attending the commercial desk and two more answering the phone. I was waiting for over 10 minutes until someone noticed I was waiting.
