I to come to this location for the first time and a guy named Kevin H helped me and did a great job I knew what I had to get done and asked him if he can help me, which he gladly accepted. He come out to my car and changed my terminals for my battery and because the battery was not that old but look nasty/dirty he was like let me get a new battery for you as well and so he did and I left with new terminals and a battery for a great price also loved the experience.
Big shout out to Kevin H for going above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle needs! I had an issue with my coolant I didn’t entirely understand and he took the time to explain the issue and fix the problem. He has great customer service skills and a good attitude.
I ran in on Monday, July 7 for a battery for my car's keyfob. I tried an autoparts store closer to my home - they couldn't figure out how to open it & then they said 'we don't have those' - what? The lady behind the counter Googled the keyfob, opened it right away, pulled the batteries from the rack and installed them for me. Lifesaver!! I had always gone to the dealership to replace the batteries, had no idea how to open it and she had no trouble. I am currently going through some personal problems and having a very difficult time at the current moment and I stopped at Auto Zone here in Mesquite and talked with the manager Anitra and asked for help not expecting anything and was surprised how nice and helpful the manager and sales associate Sue were here at this store, not only was both Anitra & Sue very helpful they didn't make me feel uncomfortable by asking questions they just helped and for that I'm truly grateful to them I hope corporate sees my review and acknow... read more
