Jason, the manager at AutoZone Store #3699 in Needles provides excellent customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of his way to help customers find exactly what they need. The store runs smoothly under his leadership, and you can tell he cares about both his team and the people who walk in. The guys at this AutoZone are AMAZING!!! Every single one of them went out of their way to help me try to figure out the right tools to use for my job! And if they didn't have the tool, they took the time to help me figure out other options! I appreciate these guys sooo much! If it weren't for them I'd still be stuck broken down! Thank you guys again! Jason the store manager is top notch!
I just happen to be driving through when my alternator decided not to work anymore. Of course it was 113° at the time. Although I did not initially buy the alternator from them, a couple of them workers came out and helped me diagnose the issue. They recommended a auto shop a couple of minutes away which I ended up going to. Then their price was the lowest in the area for that alternator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this location if you needed any parts.
