Today my husband was broke down on I78 in an 18 wheeler. We called around to many different parts stores but no one was willing to help us. I then contacted the Kutztown store speaking with Mr. Phillip Kalb. He was able to help me with having the part and after he spoke with his store manager Tiffany Reitenauer they were willing to deliver the part to my husband on the side of the road.
