I stopped in this store because my battery was acting up. My car literally stopped turning on for me in the parking lot. An employee named Gregory immediately jumped into action and saved my day! He took his time explaining all of the different battery options to me to help me make an educated decision. He then proceeded to stand out in the 33° weather and install the battery for me so I could get home. Update: Finally reached out and pretended they would do something, and then I never heard from them again. TL:DR Brand new Duralast Gold alternator was DOA right out of the box. Alternator problems sent me off I-81 far from home. Luckily I found John's Auto Shop (5 stars) another 1/2 mile down the road. Unfortunately the bad alternator my regular mechanic had installed at home (all of 2100 miles earlier) had come from AutoZone so that's where I was looking because they're the ones providing a warranty replacement.
