Went in earlier today, the two employees working the evening shift were very busy helping customers but still greeted me with a smile and were very helpful when it was my turn. Feels great walking into a store late in the day and getting greeted properly rather than a irritated face like other stores . Really appreciate Melissa and the other fella’s help on getting me on the way with the correct parts. Will be coming back forsure
Oh my gosh, I wad on the way to a family emergency when my car began to overheat. Admist my almost panic attack state Mason helped me not only diagnose the issue but also helped me purchase the correct thi g and helped me fix it. He truly was an angel for me that night and created a customer for life.
Angel was amazing in helping me out with my car and what it needed! Best Auto Zone I’ve ever been to!
