I just called for the price on front rotors for my car Kevin answered the phone and was very helpful he gave me my price and told me where they were in stock and then asked if I needed Pads as well. I'm a former store manager for autozone and I was very impressed with his phone etiquette answering the phone quickly and getting me the information I asked for as well as asking if I needed other parts to do my repair properly and then telling me where I can pick up my parts. They sold us the wrong parts after i drove 40 minutes to drop them off. So I had to drive back and pay more for the new parts didn't get fully reimbursed for my refund. This place is a joke!!!
Refused to take used oil. Oreilys on queen st took it, no problem. Will start taking my business to oreilys.
