Store 5973 you are the best!!! We had a truck with a dead battery and I called to see if there is a chance to bring a fresh one to place where the truck is at, and Heather said YES, we can do it. Die to brain damage I can not remember names that well, but the two people one younger girl and her tall manager were so nice and helpful I can't say enough good things about my experience last night. The AutoZone on Meriden Waterbury road in Southington is the best place to go for auto help.
Literally such crap service at this autozone. Asked for help with what type of drain plug for my car and they were like “I don’t know which size” bro you have a computer right there that can tell you what drain plug fits my car. Lazy as hell. Find a different job if you don’t want to help people that ask nicely
I just called for the price on front rotors for my car Kevin answered the phone and was very helpful he gave me my price and told me where they were in stock and then asked if I needed Pads as well. I'm a former store manager for autozone and I was very impressed with his phone etiquette answering the phone quickly and getting me the information I asked for as well as asking if I needed other parts to do my repair properly and then telling me where I can pick up my parts.
