I needed a new battery, but due to the location, they couldn't put it in for me. I had called the night before I went & they said if they couldn't change it out they would jump start my car again for me. When I went in the next morning they were very happy to take a look. I could tell he genuinely wanted to be able to help me, but couldn't. He made some suggestions, explained the warranty of the batteries & was patient while I called to find someone that could install the battery that day. I needed a new battery and the staff was very helpful. Collin was very professional and kindly helped me replace it. Great experience, highly recommend!
I had a great experience with this AutoZone. It was pouring out and I asked if I could have my battery, alternator, and starter checked. Bianca immediately said she could assist. Mind you it’s around 8:30pm and they close at 9. She didn’t even have an umbrella, hood, or anything to protect herself from the rain. Amazing customer service. Someone get this girl a raise! She was very kind and did this all with a smile on her face.
