My husband’s motorcycle battery was toast this morning and he was going on a ride with a friend. The guys at the Milldale location were soooo helpful even though their database for motorcycles has not been working for the last few months. They took the time to find a suitable replacement that would fit in the bike by comparing size with the old battery. Matteo, Bianca, Jen were so helpful, they had amazing customer service skills. Every time I walk in there they are always quick to drop what they’re doing to help me out. I needed help with my battery and they helped me, I really wish there were more people like them.
I always go to Autozone and I have to comment on the excellent customer service from Matteo. I wanted to have my battery checked before winter and not only was it bad but there was extreme corrosion around it. Matteo took his time to clean it off and replace it. An excellent job!! Thank you so much for all your help Matteo and I wish more businesses had employees like you!!!!
