Excelente Atención Elliot, Experto y muy atento.
Muy mala experiencia , dos personas piden un recambio y no lo hacen bien y me tocó ir a mí por el pedido , y dos , no eran ni siquiera los recambios que necesitaba , estuve yendo 4 días seguidos , no son para nada profesionales, no saben ni lo que piden . No entiendo para que ponen personas que no saben ni de lo que les estás preguntando .
I have to report that I got the best service ever at the AutoZone located at the corner of Narcoossee Road and 1792 Highway. I had to come in because I got the engine light, and you know how daunting that can be. Anyway, Alex was the one who helped me and he just made me feel very comfortable and let me know that he will definitely check that out and help in anyway he can. Needless to say we found out I needed a battery plus he noticed that my coolant for my engine was low and he took care of that too. I really appreciate th... read more
Elliott was AMAZING! He knew right away what the issue with my car was before he even finished running the diagnostic test. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant to interact with. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such a great employee and equipping him with the tools to be successful.
