The assistant manager helped me install my battery even though it was an impala that has a crossbar over battery and is a pain to get to. He even finished the job as it started to rain! The management here is top rier: They care about the customers and also know about and care about the products they sell! I'll be going here again, thanks, guys!
Yadriel Delagafo and Michael Rosario were truly amazing yesterday. What stood out to me is that they both worked as a team and made sure we were attended to and felt great about our service. They were both super knowledgeable in the products which was amazing. Great experience yesterday will come back for sure!
Lisa was very nice she went over above to assist me . She show me how to test the oil which was very low. I purchase the oil and she also show me were to add the oil in the engine. Thank you so much lisa to take the time to assist me. She told me she just started working their.. Thank you so much Lisa for your kindness and take the time to go over above.. .Thank you Auto Zone to choose the right staff to work at the store. She very knowledgeable, polite, and caring.
