Sergio changed my battery for me in the Ram 1500 lone star & he was super professional & highly intelligent walked me through the process of how to change it properly! & was very fast & got me back on the road!
I went into the store located on the corner of 192 and Narcossee. Without hesitation, Sergio helped me with my light replacement. He put a cover back on that I had mistakenly taken off. He then identified and removed the correct bulb. Found the new one and went back outside to install it correctly. All of this was done at 7:45-8:00 at night with minimal lighting and barely any space to squeeze his hand into. Sergio definitely went above and beyond to assist me and I thank him for that!!! Awesome experience dealing with him!!
I waited over 10 minutes just to get helped, and then another 10+ minutes while the employee looked for the parts I needed. After all that time, I learned it was wasted because the employee never asked if I wanted OEM parts. When I tried to find the employee who was helping me—because it was taking so long—I ran into the manager, Wesley. He didn’t seem concerned that the employee failed to ask important questions. I needed a new battery so I went there and was greeted by a new hire named Elias. He was professional and found the battery I needed and then replaced my old one with the new one. I was there about 20 minutes. I would recommend you going here if you need a new battery
My husband and I were in a dilemma of needing 2 big batteries for a 2500 Dodge Ram. We not only needed batteries but also help installing those extremely heavy things. We had two very helpful guys to install them for us: Alexander Gonzalez and Sergio M. One of Those batteries gave them a bit of trouble but they didn’t quit until they got it done. So thankful for their “over the top” help. We’ll be back there for sure.
