I stopped in your store two days ago with a friend who needed a plate reattached (was torn off by another vehicle). An employee by the name of John, when told of the problem, without hesitation, went outside with us and examined. After going into the store to get tools, he quickly reattached the plate. It wasn't just his professionalism, rather, it was his sincere willingness to help. Many may have shown negative expressions, but John was genuine. It was nice to see (and feel) old-fashioned Customer Service!
