Called and asked for a part got told yes they have it drove over to get it and got told no they don't have it. Then when I asked if they could order it I never told them the year of the car and they put in 2009 when I said it's an 2018 the lady tried to tell me I said 2009 when I never gave a year then when I told her all I said was the make and model I didn't give a year yet she tells me well I can't order anything for that car.
