Mike was a great help in checking the battery and installing a new one. Excellent customer service! Took extra time to install the battery correctly and ensure brackets were locked in. Highly recommend.
My car broken down yesterday right across from auto zone. I was distraught due to alternator issues and the car running off pure battery. They didnt have a part so they ordered and I had to pay for shipping.. then they call a week later and say they can’t get the part so i will get a refund but not on the shipping…. 15$. Seems odd… No refund for prepaid shipping?? Is that normal?
The most helpful staff, specifically Dakota! I walked in and immediately they helped me find the perfect fit of wipers for my truck. I had no idea that there were specific connectors necessary for my truck and I would have purchased the incorrect ones. They the went above and beyond and helped show me how to install my wipers. Definitely will be coming back to this specific location. So nice to get good customer service for once!!
