Joe and his companion (sorry didn't get name I hope u can figure out) were both so AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! I wasn't really sure why my battery light was lighting up and no barely anything about cars and wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help me but MORE THAN HELP THEY DID!! They were incredibly professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. I've never received such excellent service from any where else and cannot express how grateful I am!!! I hope they are appreciated, valued and paid well!!!
I went to Autozone the other day because I needed and battery and one of the workers, Maddox, was extremely helpful. He was very eager to help me and got me the right battery I needed. Everyone in the store was very friendly and super helpful.
Pathetic service across the board. You guys will be closing soon.. Just like advanced. Amazon is king. Customers first send back and trucks last...... The guy you had working today needs to be promoted to a customer. Maybe hire some people...... Never going back and will tell everyone I know ....
Went In around 3 pm. Pedro at the counter said he couldn't help me being he was doing returns . Pathetic... Autozone will have same fate as advanced. You guys suck... Amazon is king.
