They don’t have what they advertise
Steve was an exceptionally courteous employee who helped me today. His disposition displayed himself to be reassuring to this customer because he was sure and secure in his job duties. In other words, he knew what he was talking about, and was very friendly and helpful as well.
I purchased a battery October of last year. The battery died October of this year. A friend of mine went with me and the battery was purchased under his phone number, however, I paid for it with my debit card. I went there to return my battery and was told that I could get a full refund, but the manager said that I was given false information and could only get a $10 gift card.
