Terrible service. My check engine light was on and when asking to scan it, the employee said he would look at it but he doesn’t work on foreign cars. Then he was silent for the rest of my time there. The manager was very nice tho
Needed a new battery and Josh helped me find the right one and even installed it for me quick and easy! It was even when the feels like was -5 degrees out! Thanks for the great help!

A few months ago, I purchased wiper blades at the Meijer Auto Zone. Steve installed them for me and everything was fine until today. I had my wipers on auto start so any moisture engages the wipers. When I remote started my car today, the wipers must have been frozen and they snapped off. One was usable and one needed to be replaced. Steve again assisted me in the replacement and installation of new wiper blades. And all this for no charge!! I have been an Auto Zone customer for years....and this is why!!!
