Very rude staff the general manager watched one of his employees yell at us and didnt say a word will be using o rielly from here on out theyve never done me right. And im not even 18 how you gonna sit there and watch your employee that looks to be 50 yell at a kid
My husband and I broke down in Magee six hours from home at 5 pm in the evening. The staff at this Auto Zone went above and beyond to help us identify the issue, order the part, AND find a local mechanic that would come to us when the part arrived. They made motel recommendations in the area, and allowed us to stand inside with our dogs, offered us and them water, to beat the 95 degree heat outside. We are so appreciative to them for their care and concern!

I've been to many autopart stores as none are exceptional as this one! The selection is vast, the prices are unbeatable, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and I'll definitely be back. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!
