As a woman, I hate going to auto parts stores, but I LOVE this store. This store us so unique because you'll notice the staff is almost entirely women from what ive experienced! I can finally go into an auto parts store and not be stared at like a piece of meat, or treated as if I know nothing about cars because Im a woman. I go out of my way to come here because I love working on my car, so I'm incredibly happy to have somewhere to go that I feel comfortable shopping.
Very nice employee's and they are helpful and will answer any questions you may have.
We were on the road from east Kansas to central Massachusetts when our old Toyota Corolla started acting dodgy and the engine light came on. Angie at the Muncy PA Auto Zone took things in hand in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. Diagnosis done the problem was the alternator on that old beater. She found us a shop and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Traveling is stressful enough when things go right.
