Autozone: I need a new bulb for my brake light, but my car has been burning out. Can you use the scanner to find out what the electrical problem could be? I suspect it could be a fuse or a relay.
Why 5 stars because customer service can be challenging nowadays but my 2001 es300 Lexus needed Freon I asked if they could put it in and he said I can show you but you'll have to do it which was fine. However he the manager went beyond just showing me he did the procedure step by step until completed. Now I did the procedure putting it on however his mannerism were customer service oriented.
