The manager, Will, was incredibly respectful and helpful! I was struggling to remove a simple hose that had recently ripped so I could bring it inside for him to measure and cut me a replacement. After I explained the situation, he went the extra mile and came outside to help me get it off. Once he measured and cut the replacement, I figured he would just hand it to me to install myself but nope! He followed me right back out to the car and helped me put the new one on.
