I would highly recommend Auto zone over the thomson Oreillys, all I needed was my battery & alternator tested, Alex B. Knew exactly what he was doing, and no issues testing my honda odyssey. This was 5 min after I came from O’Reillys where they told me that it was untestable. The battery was not reading and my alternator was not reading. I don’t think the guy at O’Reillys knew what he was doing. I greatly appreciate Alex at AutoZone for helping me out this afternoon. He is the ultimate reason I give AutoZone five stars
Good price, Good parts
What can I say I needed a part,they had it right on time. All this after getting the runaround from O'Reilly's!!! Three different times they ordered my brake pads at the O'Reilly's in grovetown Georgia and three times they ordered the wrong part so after wasting $30 in gas I went to AutoZone bam they had it.
Stopped by here on my way to South Carolina from Atlanta with some concerns about my new car; Alex and Thomas were super helpful and patient and sent me on my way feeling reassured. Super friendly staff!
Ahmad Jeffery was so helpful when changing my battery and any other things I needed help with. Ahmad didn’t show any signs of frustration or agitation when dealing with me, or any other customers. He just kept his smile and kept his hands working. Great employee. Mrs. Walker
