After a disappointing experience at the O’Reilly’s down the road—where the staff was rude and completely unhelpful—I stopped by AutoZone in Berryville, AR. Eric and Shawn (not sure on the spelling) absolutely saved the day and went far above and beyond what anyone could expect. I needed front breaks and George helped me with fast and efficient service.
This isnt auto zones fault, but I got threw 5 power steering pumps a month, and I really enjoy the cold ac before I tackle the challenge of busting my knuckles on my wrench in the parking lot replacing my pump, thanks for the great service, tell the power steering company to upgrade there pumps! lol
