There's a lady who is the store manager here and she has one of the most shitty attitudes to be a store manager that I have ever encountered. Stop here before a doctor's appointment and talked to 2 different gentlemen and I asked 1 of them if they could have everything I need together and I would stop back by on my way home to pick it up. I ordered a part and was told it would be here the next day. I went there yesterday to pick it up. Surprise surprise it was not. I needed the part. I asked for a refund so I could go get it somewhere else. The manager of all people said they can not refund until the part comes in. They want to inconvenience me twice. I went to O’reilly and got the part immediately. I now have to go back and get my refund. What a joke. Terrible experience. I am now an O’reilly customer because of that stupid policy. Eddie the manager was great he replaced my battery very quickly and was very knowledgeable. The whole team was great definitely 5 stars! Leslie was also a great help she recommended the right battery which suited my budget and made the whole process very easy. Thanks Leslie and Eddie you both are great!
I came in to get one of my headlights replaced and Edward helped me out, he was very helpful and you can tell he was happy to help!
