Called AutoZone the day before and gave them an item number that online says they have. The employee was confused but helpful. When I went in to get the item the staff was rude and wanted to argue that the item I wanted was in front of me. For reference it was a snow brush. I told them the item description and they claimed it was the one she showed me. Two rude women. I told them this is not it and I went to Advanced Auto Parts. Do not recommend the Auto Zone in Petoskey MI.
