I had a frustrating experience at this auto parts store. The assistant manager, was unprofessional—constantly on her phone and ignoring customers. I was given the wrong parts twice, which wasted my time and money. When I pressed the issue, she was extremely rude and made no effort to resolve the situation. Poor customer service and lack of accountability make this store a last resort. Avoid if possible.
Judy worked hard to help me this weekend after our alternator died just before crossing the Mackinaw Bridge. We pushed through towards the Cheboygan store as they were the closest AZ to Mackinaw. Our camper died a few miles after Mackinaw City and we took a nap. In the morning we got it jumped and it stayed running now that we didn’t need lights on. So we limped into Cheboygan around 7am. Having trouble with my Turo Rental, Judy was awesome. Scanned the codes, did some extra troubleshooting. Then she gave me a great reference for a small local mechanic to take care of my issues. Great place!
Employee stunk of body odor and kept playing on his personal cell. ( I work outside in the heat daily and don't have issues)
