Great customer service.
I was broke down in the parking lot, but I live two hours away. It was a very long day, as I worked on my car for over 6 hours. It was made significantly easier, thanks to the hospitality of Jamie, the store manager and Kenneth, another manager. They loaned me all the tools I needed and continually checked on my son and I as the temperatures were frigid. Jamie bought hot packs for our hands out of her own pockets and even offered to make us a pot of coffee and some hot cocoa for my son. They both went far beyond the expectat... read more
Safonte and Kenneth are absolute HEROS. I came in needing a list of things done and they went way above and beyond for me. The extra steps to make sure I was safe and ticket free were much appreciated! Thank you Hero’s!
I had a ball pen hammer it barely lasted a month. 2 pound hammer. It’s only glues on. The store manager wouldn’t refund my money or exchange for anything except that dangerous hammer. She was very unprofessional and I told her that someone will get hurt using glued hammers. Poor quality, she did not care. This was the store manager. , I own a shop. I will never go back to autozone. . Bad customer service!!!!!!
