Caveat Emptor!! Shoddy parts, poor customer service, zero integrity. Bought a thermostat for my Jeep that went bad in less than a week. Was on the road, so had to use a shop to swap it out for $306! Filed a claim, call them weekly and have had zero response. Heading to small claims court. Will buy only Mopar parts going forward. Will never patronize this chain again. They simply do not care for customers.
Battery died so I went to get it tested. It was bad and the gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) was very helpful and efficient in selling me and installing the battery. Great service that got me out of a jam! Thanks!
A close family member of mine went in there looking for something very specific, something that wasn't in the AutoZone system. An employee there was trying to tell him that he needed the part on the computer, when what he needed was something different. It wasn't until Maria stepped in, recognizing the customer's experience and knowledge, and told the employee to give him what he was looking for. Great job on recognizing the customer's knowledge and experience, Maria!
Had a rear break light go out, thanks to Skylar I was able to get it fixed and going in no time!!! Thank you!!!
