The customer service staff at Auto Zone on Thornydale and Tangerine went above and beyond to help me . I had a dead battery and Issac was so kind and knowledgeable to help me get a new battery installed. I have been to this store many times and have always been given valuable information about what I need for my car and how to fix my problem. Their customer service is exceptional.
Jesus, from the Thornydale store, was wonderful helping us replace the battery in our BMW. Who knew it would be in the trunk?! Jesus did and changed it out like a pro. Courteous, kind and helpful. We really appreciated his help.
I will not do business here again. I purchased a battery in December of 2023 and it recently died. Duralast has a 3 year battery warranty and it would not be honored due to the system not recognizing my purchase. I don't keep receipts for items that should be placed under my phone / email. Managers all have the same answer, I can't find you in the database are you sure. Yes, I'm sure I spent $200 dollars on a battery that should be at least prorated. My truck was having difficulty starting so I stopped in to the AutoZone on Tangerine to get it tested. The service from Isaac was amazing. He tested my battery and knew exactly what was wrong. I purchased a new battery from him and he installed it on the spot. He showed me step by step how to get the battery out, wiped it down from the leaking and put it all back together. Superior service from this young gentleman. Thank you Isaac!
I walked in and asked if someone could use the code reader and I was told no one else could go outside because one guy was already outside. She handed me the code reader and said just plug it in under your steering column. I went outside and there's nothing to plug in. As I'm walking back in I see her coming out with someone else who arrived after me and walked to his car while the other guy was still outside. So I left. Obviously she didn't want my business today.
