The gray shirt that helped me out today was trying to be clever, came off as rude and a smart ass. Didn't catch his name because I was over the conversation. Aprox 5'7" blond one inch buzz cutt. They either have no training dont know how to read or write or just simply dont care. More often then not when I call for a part they either tell me they dont sell it or dont have it in stock, but they usually do if you go down there and check...Maybe thay aren't even looking the item up who knows.
