I usually go to O'Reilly's because I tend to get more honest attention and help but yesterday I went there looking for help and feel like I was being lied to in order to make a bigger sale and like I'm stupid because I'm female. My first choice for great parts locally.
Carrollton, Oh....shout out to John for being so nice n helpful today. I needed wiper blades n their systems were down so I cldnt use my debit card n cash wise I only had a 20 on me. John went ahead n installed my wipers n didn't charge me. He said he would cover it. What a great giving guy let alone his great customer service.
