We went to AutoZone on Western looking for a brake light bulb and was helped by a very jovial staff member named Ronnie. He was polite, courteous, and even shared a few friendly jokes with my husband. When we asked if he could help install the bulb, he kindly agreed and took out his tools to assist us. His willingness to help and outstanding customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ronnie, for going above and beyond!
The people that work at this location were very helpful. The guy behind the counter looked up the headlight that I needed. Then Ronnie went out of his way to help me to take out the old headlight and install a new one. He was so helpful. This store always gives such great customer service.
Came by last minute to get my headlights changed ! Sorry, I forgot their names but the Manager/Sup with dreadlocks and the associate with dreadlocks were very helpful. Thank you guys!🙏🙌🏽
I had a great experience at Auto Zone thanks to David and Myles. They both were extremely helpful and polite! Special thanks to Myles who assisted with checking the status of my car battery, answering all of my questions, and guiding me on which steps to take next.
Needed to get something fixed on my girlfriends car but didn’t know what the issue was. Louie Lechuga was able to help me figure out what the issue was and helped me fix it in less than 10 minutes. He was really knowledgeable and very happy to help. Will come back for any other needs so he can help me out!
