Went to goto work today and my car wouldn’t start. It’s the worst feeling thinking now you going to be late to work and how much money this is going to cost. I got a jump and went to autozone they game me options for different batteries. Then Alexis was installing it in no time! I really appreciate this service it would have taken me forever trying to figure out how to put a battery in. Thanks for the hard work guys and making a bad morning better you’re awesome!
Amazing customer service
The customer service that I received at the AutoZone was amazing. The store manager was amazingly helpful with no hassle. I was in and out of the store with what I needed.

Silvester is the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. We came in at about 6:20pm to pick up a part that was ordered on a commercial account. He sat there for about 15 minutes before acknowledging us. Then came over with attitude. My mechanic told him he had no customer service, suddenly Silvester went off shouting I'm doing you a favor by selling you the part, so we asked why are you shouting, he then proceeded to argue and lol called the police.
