I came in here last night(7/31)after going to Culver’s. I’ve had a used battery I’ve been meaning to bring in to exchange for money but I’ve been super busy with working. I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had with an employee, Shawmeka Taylor, on Sunday, July 27th. From the moment I asked my first question, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude.
