Wonita; she’s brand new and extremely kind. She gave another random guest and I a quick run through of how battery testing works and was able to juggle multiple patrons at the same time, each with different needs for help. She was calm and collected and present to be helpful in any way.

Showed up with a dead battery and Gibson was on it right away. He tested the battery and even though I needed a new one, he made it an easy transaction. Keep that guy there, he's an asset to your store.
