Went to have the code checked for my check engine light. The guy who helped me didn’t really talk to me, printed my results out, but couldn’t/wouldn’t answer my questions. The whole experience was fairly dismissive, so if you know about cars and parts and don’t have questions, this is probably the store for you. I was in need of a headlight and new wipers. Fortunately, employee Sam was available and resolved both of these issues for me. I also had my battery checked with there. Sam was swift, knowledgeable and courteous! If I have any future needs, I will chose this location. I highly recommend!
Poor customer service. Asked an associate if that was all their air filters as I pointed to area in the store. He does not even look at me and said there is a book over there. Went to O’Reillys were they were very helpful and made my purchase.
Wayne, the store manager was super helpful! I was having battery issues per a notification when I turned on my vehicle. He tested everything and was able to conclude the trouble was likely related to the apple car play cord pulling from my battery when the car was off. He saved me so much time and money and headache!
