I don’t usually write reviews, but Clarence at AutoZone turned what should’ve been a frustrating day into an Oscar-worthy performance in customer service. So I just bought a Cadillac from CarMax. I just stopped by the AutoZone on Mid Rivers to get my Battery and Alternator tested on my daughters car. Wayne came out and quickly tested both and found the Battery dead and failed the test completely. He looked at the battery and said that it is still under warranty and I could get a full replacement. I didn't even remember that I had bought it there but I am glad I did. He found it in my purchase history and confirmed my information.
