Our car didnt turn on and we needed a new battery, however we were towards the end of the plaza. So I asked them if they could help install it even though we were not parked in front of the store. Thankfully they were nice enough to agree and it was super quick! Jordan was such a pleasure and so kind to go out of his way to help us! I definitely will come here again!
Was on a road trip had 3 more hours to go and I bought a brand new battery two days before asked them to replace it and if they could find a pretty good charged battery to run full test on my car and they gave me a battery at 13% charged battery and told me that they couldn't do anything then I was like fine put my old battery back in and I ended up doing it myself the manager was sitting behind the counter on her phone the whole time and was getting pissed off when her coworkers didn't know how to help me or needed her pass... read more
bought a fob battery here, 2032. Charged me $10.80. A half hour later at Cumberland Farms across the street I saw it for $2.99. Went back to Autozone and asked the kid if, possibly, he made an error, because I can see a 100% or even a 200% divergence but I draw the line at 300+. He said, "No, no mistake." So I said goodbye (and I didn't mean see you around or see you next week or anything like that) Adios, Sayonarra, Auf Wiedersehn forever.
