I purchased a battery & the lady with pink glasses installed the battery perfectly. She even made sure it installed correctly before I left. Kudos
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other customers should know what to expect. I purchased a battery through this location after my dealership arranged for one to be set aside for me. I explained that I didn't know much about car repairs and that my vehicle was parked nearby. This is my husband's stop not mine, lol. But he comes here often when he needs something so it must be good.
Warmly greeted upon entering and leaving, was also helped by a very nice employee with super cool hair. Will definitely be back as I have never been into an Auto Zone and felt 100% comfortable until today!
