Far from great is an overstatement. If they cant punch it in on the computer and get a location they are lost. 5 people there tonight and none of them were willing to look for me. Good thing advanced is just down the street.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I did a return and never got my money back. The guy acted like he didn’t know what he was doing or how to do it. Must only know how to pocket my money so I don’t get it.
We have a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta needed a new battery. We went to AutoZone on Saturday afternoon after dinner because we noticed it was not wanting to start. The two guys young guys came out take the battery, put a new battery in my husband went to close the hood notice that the battery was not sitting correctly and that the bracket was on backwards. He said something to the guy about it. The guy come back out I said oh I got to take a whole battery back out again my husband said no just take the cover off and turn the bracke... read more
I guess its hard for the employees standing at the counter to actually unlock the doors. Nothing like standing outside past 7:30am(7:35am), seeing them stand there, not even look at us....what's the point of hours if this store isn't going to open at the correct time. Left after waiting a few more mins. Very disappointed in this certain store
