False advertising. Have multiple signs throughout the store advertising $35.99 5 quart oil with oil filter. When I go to pay at the register they are charging me well over $60. Reasoning was “they have to be the same brand”. The advertisement is promoting two different brands so they are contradicting there ad. They informed me “I can go somewhere else if I dont like the price”. Just unprofessional and lack of product knowledge.
Always excellent customer service. The guy I had help me today. I think his name was Currance? Was very professional, polite and a great asset to your company. He helped with air filter and put my windshield wipers on for me. Great guy!
Ordinary and her associates were very helpful and patient with me.
