I had car issues this morning and my car wouldn’t start. It was the battery. So came to AutoZone in Burlington and Joseph was the absolute best! My husband was not home and I didn’t know what to do. Joseph went over and beyond to help me. He even put the battery in my car which was really difficult to remove if you are familiar with GMC TERRAIN’S. They don’t make it easy. Helpful and polite
I've dealt with them in the past. They're great! Unfortunately I've had to ask them for their guidance and assistance quite a bit the past week and a half. The whole team I've encountered have been very helpful. Carrie has been most amazing the last two days. I'm actually going through breast cancer treatment and recovering from a major surgery. They didn't have the part I needed in stock, but found it pretty close and had the other store hold it for me. Very friendly and helpful staff.
