I came to your store to buy brake fluid and asked an employee for assistance. The employee coldly replied, “I don’t know anything about that,” and made no effort to help. Is this how you treat your customers? I am extremely upset by the employee’s rude and dismissive attitude and lack of product knowledge. The way I was treated made me feel that I may have been discriminated against because of my race. I intend to contact your corporate office to report this incident. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.
Bruce was very very nice and quick at installing the new battery. He cleaned off all the corrosion and gave me tips on battery maintenance. Nice guy!
