Muy fea actitud la del chico que trabaja en el comercial account, le pregunté si hablaba español para que me ayudara y su respuesta fue no hablo español cuando evidentemente es Hispano, creo que le falta mucho que aprender acerca de cómo tratar a un cliente el fue muy Hostil, espero que mejoren con el servicio al cliente ya que es vital el buen trato al costumer para la compañía ya que ellos son la imagen de la empresa y si así tratan el cliente que feo y que mala experiencia
