I had the best experience with Ali, store manager in this Autozone store. I went in after work at around 7:30pm without a lot of expectation because it is getting late. My car battery was dying on me and I needed a new battery. Initially, another junior staff was taking care of me, however, that staff did not give me the right battery. Then Ali stepped in and found me a right battery that not only the size is correct, but also allow me to get through the winter without a problem.
