Visited this store Sunday evening 10/5/25 to get batteries checked. Batteries would charge to 12.5+ volts and hold but once a load was placed on them to start the diesel in my truck, the batteries would drop out to 10 volts or less. LT was so kind to check them out and verified that both Optima Red Top 34/78 Batteries were holding 12.5+ voltage but showed an internal fault. Convenient location with very helpful people. I called to check on the availability of a battery and Mark answered the phone and was very helpful. The next day we took my daughter's car in to get a new battery. Leroy helped us. Leroy was about to replace our weak battery when he noticed that we still had one year left of warranty on the battery installed by the dealership. I had the most wonderful experience a AutoZone. The young woman that helped me was so incredible and kind. That I purchased did not solve my car issue, but after we figured that out, she gave me some really good information, on what else the problem could be. She was wonderful, excellent customer service.

The BEST customer service I’ve ever received!! LT helped me with my dead battery and drove all the way to my car to help figure out what was wrong and change the battery completely. Definitely very attentive and will make sure you leave safely!!
