Michael the manager on sift helped amazing after my son driving over 100 miles to different auto zones and them telling him he had a 4x drive car it still was the right part but he did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much we still have to return the part and go to Napa in the morning

Very disrespectful the store manager Evan’s “he stated he was a store manager” racially profiled my husband even though he had the recipe refused to give him a refund stated that he didn’t know if the part was stolen and it was just a small plastic piece worth $40 still in the original wrapping you can tell it wasn’t even opened then stepped outside to look at my husband‘s veterans plate number we live in Verrado for about seven years, always gone to this AutoZone never had any experience this bad. Gianni Giampolo the assistant store manager was extremely helpful and replaced 3 parts for me. I really appreciated his knowledge and his customer service this location over all has nothing but friendly employees and it is clearly a well run store!
