Brought in my 1998 vehicle with the trim coming off on passenger side. Katherin went above and beyond to help me find a way to secure the trim to car so it would not drag. In store they did not have the size I needed she came up with another option from spare parts to replace the faulty original bolt that was not longer doing its job. At the AutoZone in Hobe Sound, Florida (store # 4452) every employee that I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure that I had the correct product at the best possible price. Not only did Keri, Jenn and Kevin search the computer for the parts I needed, they also went outside in 100 degree heat to look at the damage on my cars headlight in order to determine the best way to go about fixing it. I went in Tuesday to get 2 brake light bulbs . Keri was very helpful ! She even installed them both for me . She is a knowledgeable employee and Auto Zone is fortunate to have her. ! Thank you Keri!!! You are the best ! I will be back when I need auto parts !
If I could give 10 stars I would. My wife's vehicle wouldn't start this evening at 8 pm. We were planning on leaving the vehicle overnight at our local mechanics shop, But I thought I would see if Auto-zone was still open. Not only were they open, but Keri showed such kindness and patience and quickly changed out the battery for less money than we would have paid in the morning.
