Kim was amazing on march 14th. I broke down in eastland last night and she went back to open the store to get me help. She was even going to get a part if I needed to fix whatever was wrong. So thankful for all her hard work and help.
Went into this location to pick up a new battery right before closing(Shame on me) Not only did Justin and Kim help me out but they were extremely patient and personable. I can appreciate such stellar customer service! Thanks guys.
All of the employees at Eastland location are friendly and helpful. Amber has as much auto knowledge as an actual mechanic and went above and beyond to find me what I needed.
