I had an issue with a threaded bolt and bad nut holding down the negative terminal block on my battery. Jakob from the AutoZone on East Main helped me find the correct hardware to replace it. He even got down under my truck to pick up the gear that I dropped. Thanks Jakob. Great service there.

The team here is truly remarkable. I had been traveling from Dfw to Abilene and had lost oil pressure about 15 miles outside of Eastland. Luckily, I was able to limp into town and pull into AutoZone where the team then went above and beyond to assist in the diagnostics, tools, and parts necessary to address a leak at my oil filter. Side note, this had happened on Easter Sunday. Most parts stores were closed yet these guys stayed open and were more than accommodating to assist however they could to get me back on the road. I had the absolute best experience with this store. I needed a new battery and alternator for a project I am working on. Went into the store and was greeted by a Bobby and Kim. They went absolutely above and beyond in assisting me in my needs and making sure I got the best bang for my buck when spending. 10/10 service from the two of them would definitely recommend shopping here when needing automotive parts.
