I contacted 6 places looking for an auto zone gift card. Finally located one in Pantego Texas. I think it’s awful that a company this size does not keep gift cards all year long. One mgr. said they only have them at Christmas. Not good. A big shout out for the young man “Evan” who had great customer service skills. He was very young but someone trained him well. Likely his wonderful Parents. Every mgr that I encountered at the six stores were all grumpy and seemed to have had no time.

Came to Autozone to get a quick code reading on my check engine light. Old guy typing on computer as I told him and without even looking at me, says, " I cant do that right now..." I guess he didn't want to get off his seat or see what my facial response was. I went to O'Reilly down the road and it took 2 minutes to tell me the code. I'll not return to Autozone.
