If you see a white lady working at the front avoid coming in she rude and nasty she made a huge mistake on my purchase. Exchange doesn’t sound like refund I said I want to exchange and pay the difference 4 time the manager he was useless and could care less he even asked “why didn’t you ask for an exchange” I said I did . Instead of apologizing they were dismissive the auto zones in the rougher parts of Dallas have better customer service and awareness than this place. Avoid at all cost
